Hi, My name is Jason Rielly and I am a qualified OZ Tai Chi instructor and Personal trainer.
I am a member of the Tai Chi Kung Fu institute in Melbourne and enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi.
I presently run Tai Chi classes at fitness facilities in Melbourne.

About OZ Tai Chi:
The program starts with gentle a warm up. Then moves into QiGong movements.
QiGong movements originated from Chinese medicine for meditation and rehabilitation.
From there we move through the TaiChi forms selected for the OZ Tai Chi program.
Oz Tai Chi is a combination of five major styles of Tai Chi movements (chen, sun, yang, wu and woo).
The benefits of Tai Chi are numerous:
* Enhances body-mind harmony and mental alertness
* Improves internal energy levels and cardio well being
* Works towards reducing high blood pressure
* Improves muscle strength & balance
* Improve joint mobility and overall agility
